Mudança de Status no trabalho

Good afternoon confreres. I will receive a promotion in my work, I will not change my position, I will only change my status before others who do the same work as me. I am a salesman in a sector, with four other colleagues and I will become a "responsible salesman", will practically imply having a longer working hours, a salary increase, and a few, simple and bureaucratic duties, which I will perform in the absence from my manager. I am the second oldest employee in the industry, and from the bottom of my heart, I would prefer it to be at least offered to the older colleague, with whom I get along very well, and I can say that I would say no to the offer.The problem here, if I may call it a problem, since I am shitting and walking, would be not knowing how I will be seen by the younger ones.

Have any of you had a similar situation? Give me some feedback.

 Haa haa  same to same  broo  .  i also  saw one off  my colleague  had faced same situation . 
he  had a few years off experience . he named as a best sales man but he is some wards afraid of his work .  one fine day he get more frustrated by his manger he ran away form that place ,

after some months later he became as a manger in "some named " telecom  outlet . thats the  great thing actually  

then i realized  some times "giving up" also good for us .
